Karla Callan Ministries exists to restore Jesus Christ to His rightful place as ruling authority in every area of life. Before calling. Before activation. Before influence. There must be order.
This ministry trains believers to:

Before teaching about calling, authority, or influence, KCM first confronts governance. Who rules your mind. Who governs your decisions. Who has authority over your identity. Who directs your emotions.
Until Jesus Christ is restored as ruling authority, formation cannot begin.

The Government of God
The doctrinal foundation of everything. A 12-week journey that establishes the biblical worldview, dismantles autonomy, and introduces what true discipleship actually costs. The free public teaching series proclaims the truth and the paid course goes deeper with guided application, workbook exercises, and personal alignment work. People are not paying for teaching. They are paying for a structured transformation environment.

COURSE II
FORMATION
The centerpiece of the entire discipleship system. Where Course I establishes WHAT to believe, Course II does the deep internal work of HOW to change. Participants invest 3–5 hours per week in active formation journaling, praying, renouncing lies, declaring truth, and taking steps of obedience. This is not a casual Bible study. This is spiritual surgery. The Government Alignment Process runs through every single week, training disciples to bring every area of life under the authority of Jesus Christ.

Spirit, Mind & Body Alignment
Rooted in 1 Thessalonians 5:23 — "May your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless."
God created us as integrated beings. When one dimension breaks down, the others follow. This course teaches disciples how to live sustainably under God's authority without burning out, whole-person health, not striving. It is deeply personal because it flows directly from testimony.

Live groups are rare and intentional. They are reserved for retreats or conventions — not ongoing dependency cycles.
Live speaking is an add-on to the Formation Discipleship Journey, never a requirement of it.

Government and Order
The Government of God is the foundation of everything built here. Before external influence, there must be internal governance. Before spiritual authority, there must be submission. Before assignment, there must be identity rooted in Christ and not in performance.
This ministry is ordered around five governing principles:

Formation and Discipleship
Gifting is not the same as formation. Many believers move in spiritual gifts while still living outside of spiritual order. This ministry draws a clear line between the two.
True discipleship is not measured by activity or output. It is measured by alignment. The goal of formation is not a more productive believer. It is a more governed one.
This ministry is built around four formation convictions:
- Discipleship as a consistent rhythm, not a seasonal decision
- The clear distinction between operating in gifting and being formed in character
- Breaking the patterns of autonomy and striving that replace true obedience
- Returning to obedience as the foundation of every area of life
